All of our classes are open level, which means that the instructor will offer modifications to all poses to create a gentler or more challenging practice. Beginners are always welcome!

Not sure what to wear? Since we heat the room to about 90 degrees, we suggest that you wear a tanktop and yoga pants / shorts. Dress to sweat and dress to move!

We recommend bringing a bottle of water, a towel and a mat to class. We have water for sale and mats / towels for rent. Be sure to stay hydrated before and after class and try not to eat 1-2 hours before.

And finally, have fun! Yoga is a wonderful and exciting practice that will open your heart and mind as well as tone and strengthen your physical body. We look forward to seeing you in class!
