Bonnie Chong

Gina Hoch-Stall

Gina attended her first Pilates class 8 years ago with her mother at the local YMCA in her hometown, Chicago, IL. The more classes she took, the more she realized how beneficial the exercises were to her dancing and everyday life. Since then she has enjoyed exploring the technique further with a Mat Certifications from Body Precision and AAAI/ISMA. While she appreciates the lengthening and toning of the muscles that comes from Pilates, Gina is also interested in working with students to correct alignment issues and find kinesthetic awareness. When not practicing Pilates or Kickboxing (another passion), she spends her time dancing and choreographing in the Philadelphia area.
