Classes at Thrive range from traditional Mat work to our specialty classes which target specific areas of the body for strengthening and toning. All levels are welcome in our classes at Thrive. class descriptions


Beginner Level Mat: A great place to start for beginners or those new to Pilates altogether. The slower pace and detailed instruction of beginner and modified exercises will help you to learn the system and prepare you to join open level mat classes as you progress in your technique and understanding. 

Intermediate/Advanced Mat Class: Introduces more challenging mat exercises and moves at a faster pace than beginner or open level classes. Clients NEW to Thrive are encouraged to take an Open Level or Beginner class and receive instructor approval prior to taking this higher level class.


Open Level Mat Class: A great class for beginners and advanced practitioners alike! Spend a full hour getting a great workout for every major muscle group while getting deep into the method and principles.

Morning Wake-Up: Morning open level mat class. Every class is different but taught with a unifying theme each week throughout the classes from (think flow, concentration) to Muscle Group Focus (think arms or thighs).

Mid-Day Escape: 
A 55 minute lunchtime Mat workout. Pop in over lunch, use our changing area or even the shower. A guaranteed quick and effective full body workout!

Butt and Thigh Breakdown: Break out of the mold of the classical mat order to focus on our standing, kneeling and laying butt and thigh focused exercises; think side-kicks x infinity! Our expert instructors will be pulling out all the stops to whip those areas in to shape!


Abs and Arms: Focus on exercises that work the major muscle groups in the arms, shoulders, back and abdominals. A great class to take in conjunction with our Barre & Cardio classes scheduled the same evening.


Plus Props: Incorporate the use of props in order to increase challenge and awareness of all exercises. Props may include: thera-bands, magic circles, weights, blocks and balls.
