Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give 24 hours notice. If we don’t receive 24 hours notice, a $25 fee will be charged to the card number given to hold the appointment. If you are a no show for the appointment you will be charged for the service in full.

Ethics
First time clients, please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to fill out new client registration forms.

To ensure all clients receive their sessions as expected, any client running more than 5 minutes late for their appointment will receive the remainder of the time left and be responsible for the service in full.

For services that meet and exceed your expectations gratuities are graciously accepted. Gratuities are not included in the prices listed above and are only accepted in the form of check or cash.
